The Buloke Times
A Whole Town Full of Bargains!
1 min read

The annual whole of town garage sale was held in Donald at the weekend, turning a normally sleepy Sunday into a bustle of business, with streets abuzz with shoppers hunting out a bargain.

In addition to the forty-one houses involved with Donald 2000 initiative, market stalls and car boot sales were held on the lawn in front of the VRI Hall on Walker Street, where a sausage sizzle was also on offer (supporting the Good Feed).

Inside the VRI hall was decorated luncheon tables for shoppers to rest weary feet in the midst of their spending frenzy, and no doubt some bargains were found on the day.

More details on the whole town garage sale will appear in Friday’s edition of the “Buloke Times”.
