It was a day of highlights at the Charlton Park complex last Thursday with the official opening of the Stage 2 redevelopment and the announcement of the First People’s Art Trail; an occasion which was unfurled against the backdrop the Charlton Harness Racing Club (CHRC) indigenous day, featuring the running of the Dja Dja Wurrung Cup (Djaara Baliki Wuka).
