“We are dedicated to listening to and addressing the needs of our community, working collaboratively to achieve meaningful outcomes.”
With the Council now comprising six members under the Victorian Electoral Commission’s (VEC) new structure, three fresh faces have joined the assembly, bringing diverse skills and perspectives to guide the Shire forward.

Mount Jeffcott Ward: Cr. Graeme Milne (Deputy Mayor), Cr. Charmaine Delaney.
The mandatory Councillor Induction Program is already well under way, introducing Councillors to their role and responsibilities and equipping the team with essential governance knowledge, including financial management, conflict of interest, and community engagement.
This training is a key step in fostering good governance and effective collaboration as Councillors begin their important work representing the Buloke community.
